About Us

Welcome to Velqur (home of Haal Chaal). We are a modern technology initiative dedicated to redefining digital communication and creating seamless, high-performance web utilities for users worldwide.

Our Vision

In a digital landscape cluttered with intrusive tracking and heavy interfaces, our vision is simple: Speed, Privacy, and Elegance. We believe that technology should empower users without compromising their data. Whether it's through our fully encrypted messaging architecture (Haal Chaal) or our suite of client-side web tools, we focus on delivering a buttery-smooth, glassmorphic user experience that operates instantly.

What We Build

Our ecosystem is expanding rapidly, focusing on two core pillars:

• Secure Communication: Developing 'Haal Chaal', India's own premium, end-to-end encrypted messaging platform featuring a unique transparent UI and zero-lag performance.
• Developer & Finance Utilities (Tools Hub): Providing instant, browser-based tools—from complex crypto calculations and AI prompt generators to 3D interactive visualizations (like our Speedcube tool)—all running securely on your local device without storing sensitive data on our servers.

Our Story & Founder

Velqur was established in Unchahar, Raebareli, Uttar Pradesh, India, with the mission of building world-class software directly from the heart of the country.

The platform is founded and independently developed by Ankit Shrivastav. Driven by a passion for clean code and exceptional UI/UX design, Ankit leads the architecture, frontend design, and server-side logic of the entire Velqur ecosystem. From integrating advanced cloud deployments to crafting pixel-perfect responsive layouts, the focus remains on pushing the boundaries of modern web development.
